Bilingual English and French  Achievement of consulting missions for both Operators and Vendors such as: Dutchtone / Orange (France Telecom sister) (Nortel & Alcatel), Wataniya Telecom Algeria (Ericsson & Siemens), Sofrecom/Tamin Telecom (Huawei & ZTE), Ericsson, Siemens, Alcatel
 Experience in large scale roll outs  project management  Customer relationship management  Cost, profitability and risk management  Subcontracting management  Project planning, reporting and processes  Leadership  Engineering and technical teams management  Organizational structure set up of construction department  Construction process and specifications drafting and implementation  Complete generic and specific designs for rooftop and Greenfield sites  RFI, RFQ, subcontractors and suppliers research and evaluation, contract negotiation  Strong knowledge of site acquisition and site build process(Rooftops and Greenfield) with field experience (foundation verification, Verticality checks) 
